Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email kcousin@cous1.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Sizing and buyer’s remorse
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for size changes or change of mind — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If something’s borderline, reach out first and we’ll help you pick.
Shipping timelines
Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–8 business days in transit within the US. Ordering for a specific date (like Halloween)? Order early — we’ll always be honest about whether it can make it.
